Our experienced site teams drive systematic loop checks, equipment walk-downs, leak tests, and functional verifications to achieve Mechanical Completion and Ready for Commissioning milestones with zero compromise on safety or schedule.
Start-Up & Initial Operations
We lead the critical transition from a commissioned facility to a live, producing asset. Our site execution teams manage first-fire, first-feed, and ramp-up sequences with rigorous HSSE controls — deploying Plant Managers, HSSE Advisors, Control Room Operators, and Maintenance Engineers who simultaneously deliver on-the-job training to your permanent workforce.
EPC Home Office & Site Support
We provide dedicated, integrated support to EPC companies across the full project lifecycle — from early home office planning, deliverable development, and approval management through to direct, hands-on site execution leadership and contractor interface management.
Commissioning & Start-Up Work Stream Management
We own and drive the CSU work stream end-to-end: mobilising and managing multi-discipline commissioning teams, enforcing completion management systems, tracking A and B punch items to closure, and maintaining relentless schedule pressure to ensure every system is handed over on time and to specification.
Performance Testing, PAC & Final Handover
We execute rigorous Package Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), Plant Performance Testing, and Initial Operations stabilisation — validating all engineering and operational guarantees. We drive the process to Provisional Acceptance Certificate (PAC) achievement and ensure a fully documented, auditable handover to the client with zero outstanding critical items.
